I had a 5 inch audio real tape that another outfit couldn't separate the tracks and it was just a cacophony of unintelligible audio. Recently I decided to try again and called a few places. When I mentioned my previous dilemma they weren't very knowledgeable. I called Jacqui and she immediately knew my issue perfectly and took on the challenge. It was amazing! I had the tape back in less than a week and heard conversations that hadn't been heard in 60 years!!!!!!! I find Jacqui to be extremely knowledgeable, thorough and priced very fairly. Jacqui was so easy to work with . She was able to access and transform our old family videos onto an app on the tv. It made this past Christmas so special. I had a 50 year old photo that was not only severely faded but had become permanently attached to the broken glass front. I had very little hope of any type of restoration. Jacqui put together a slide show/montage for my daughter‘s graduation party. It was like watching 18 years of the most precious times of her life in about 10 minutes.
