Jacqui was so easy to work with . She was able to access and transform our old family videos onto an app on the tv. It made this past Christmas so special. I had a 50 year old photo that was not only severely faded but had become permanently attached to the broken glass front. I had very little hope of any type of restoration. I asked Magic Lantern Memories if they could at least take a look and was totally shocked at the beautiful and complete restoration they accomplished. I highly recommend Magic Lantern Memories! I had years of old home videos sitting in my attic . Jacqui came to my home , patiently talked with me about my options and we decided to digitize them . I have been able to watch them at home with my husband and share them with my adult children who live elsewhere. Everyone is loving it! Jacqui is knowledgeable, kind creative and patient.
