I genuinely thought I was going to die today. And I mean that in the best way possible.First boxing class- sweat pouring into my eyes, lungs on fire, legs completely done. At some point my brain just accepted it and turned off. But here's the thing: the trainer Chiara never let me fall apart and kept it safe. That balance is rare and you can feel it immediately.And the people? Zero ego. Everyone's grinding, everyone's cheering each other on like family. I was smiling through the suffering.Walking out of there I felt light. Like genuinely happy in a way that's hard to explain. That post-workout high hits different when you actually left it ALL on the floor. Will absolutely be back! Thank you 🥊🥊

Bad Ass Academy has become my sanctuary. There’s something special about the energy, the instructors are next level, the community is tight, and the dedication you feel walking in the door is unmatched. It’s the one thing I need to kick off my day right (shoutout to the 6 AM crew—you know who you are). I’ve never felt stronger or more confident in my life, both physically and mentally. If you’re on the fence, just try it once, but I’m warning you, you’ll get hooked fast.
