This place is not accountability-oriented,just money-oriented.if you purchase the personal training,just waste your time and money!when you discuss about your problems and workout goals, he only reminds you to pay first. Never give you workout plan and never tell you the key elements of every exercise. If you arrived at 6 in the morning without bringing water, he won’t provide you water because the staff in the bar starts working at 6:30.He will dismiss the class earlier because you are late,and he won’t reply you for 24 hours even though you just wanna confirm the class time, the reason is because the time is his persona life, but he told you to let him know if you want to book the class, which is inexplicable.Moreover, every class starts, he never ask you the feeling of the previous class and the situation of diet, only ask you how are you, so ridiculous!

I genuinely thought I was going to die today. And I mean that in the best way possible.First boxing class- sweat pouring into my eyes, lungs on fire, legs completely done. At some point my brain just accepted it and turned off. But here's the thing: the trainer Chiara never let me fall apart and kept it safe. That balance is rare and you can feel it immediately.And the people? Zero ego. Everyone's grinding, everyone's cheering each other on like family. I was smiling through the suffering.Walking out of there I felt light. Like genuinely happy in a way that's hard to explain. That post-workout high hits different when you actually left it ALL on the floor. Will absolutely be back! Thank you 🥊🥊
