There’s something special about the energy, the instructors are next level, the community is tight, and the dedication you feel walking in the door is unmatched. It’s the one thing I need to kick off my day right (shoutout to the 6 AM crew—you know who you are). I’ve never felt stronger or more confident in my life, both physically and mentally. If you’re on the fence, just try it once, but I’m warning you, you’ll get hooked fast.

Bad Ass Academy is the real deal in Bay Ridge—intense, fun boot camps and HIIT classes that push you hard but make you feel unstoppable. Trainers are motivating and knowledgeable, community feels like family. Great mix of strength, cardio, and even yoga/kickboxing. Transformed my fitness game—highly recommend!
