From contacting me to set the appointment for my husbands and I loan doc signing. I was so impressed with her Professionalism and Customer Service. When I received a call from my lender letting us know Escrow was not able to complete their part on time and signing needed to be postponed. I asked my Lender if we could keep Ms. Edison-Smith as out Notary! From our first conversation, I felt so comfortable with her. When the loan was ready, they setup signing with Ms. Edison-Smith. She contacted us to set up appointment time. Ms. Edison-Smith arrived early despite the heavy rain we were having. It’s great to have a notary who knows exactly what they need to do! She was prepared & organized with all the documents needing to be signed and even prepared a hard copy for us to keep. The packet of documents we needed to sign was quite large and complex. There were documents that needed to be completed due to a Trust. This did not cause any delays. Ms. Edison-Smith level of patience was exceptional. Her demeanor and work ethics were Amazing! My husband and I felt confident her level of knowledge of all the documents that needed to be reviewed, signed, and notarized was impressive. The entire process went smooth and left my husband and myself very satisfied and confident we understood everything we were signing.
