I could not have asked for a better experience anywhere, let alone gotten it. Doug helped this old arthritic lady take apart her stuck toilet tank parts, replace them with new and made sure I understood every step of the process. I took it all home, followed his directions and voila! no more leaks. Have a problem or just need a part or a tool or some fertilizer? COME HERE

I appreciate the overall experience that I always have. Today I had the best help figuring out my license plate cover for my vanagon. The associate went above and beyond. He also helped me locate a few other products including excellent glue sticks and strong magnets. I am pleased with the quality of all my purchases. Thank you for being right down the way.

We were visiting from out of town (my son ran at Nike Nationals held at Hayward Field) and Doug helped us remove a broken/stuck spike from his shoe. Saved the day! Thanks for helping us out of a bind!!
