I’ve known Jacen Flynn for quite a while and originally trained with him in Twin Falls when I first started jiu-jitsu. We recently reconnected, and he invited me to come train at System while I was in Boise for work.I always try to visit different gyms and keep training when I travel, and my experience at System was outstanding from start to finish. I had the opportunity to train there several times and received some excellent coaching and mentorship from Jacen along the way.One of the things that stood out most was the culture of the gym. The students train hard, but there’s a strong sense of humility, teamwork, and mutual respect on the mats. Whether you’re an experienced grappler or just walking through the doors for the first time, the environment makes it easy to learn, improve, and enjoy the process.You can tell a lot about a gym by the people it attracts, and System clearly reflects strong leadership and a genuine passion for jiu-jitsu. I’m thankful for the warm welcome, the quality rounds, and the opportunity to train with such a great group of people. Looking forward to coming back the next time I’m in Boise.

I've trained Jiu Jitsu consistently 2-3 days a week for 4.5 years now. My BJJ Journey began at the ORIGIN USA HQ in Maine.After a Year of rolling with those savages up in the woods I moved to Sacramento and began training at Carlson Gracie Sacramento where I received my Blue Belt. I had previously always preferred training in the Gi.Fast forward to present day, I have now been at System for one year. This gym is undoubtedly the best gym in the Treasure Valley. The instruction from Nick and Jacen is Tier 1.

I got to do a drop in at System Jiu Jitsu and had a blast. Great instructors, awesome people to roll with and clean mats. There is a wide range of skill level there and this is a great place for no gi Jiu Jitsu.
