Had heat but not cooling in a new home. Spoke with Carl to set up the assessment and cooling design, he was very knowledgeable about the existing system and within a few hours had a cooling system proposal for me. Schedules aligned and we were able to get it all installed the next week ! On installation day the crew arrived promptly, and got to work, Kyler Dusty and Pops were friendly and neat throughout the whole demolition of the existing ducts. Rob and Corey arrived to do the HVAC install. They were thoughtful in exploring the few possibilities of location and the pros and cons of each.Rob and Corey communicated small changes along the way, and told me what I could expect with my existing duct work. They were professional and highly knowledgeable about these systems. I have a better understanding now of how the 2 systems tie in. I like the 10 year guaranteed and highly recommend this company and crew!
