Jordan is so nice and kind. He genuinely cares about his clients, their families and their pets. He does a wonderful job and is very thorough with any insects that may be causing you issues. He is punctual and communicative and is eager to help however possible. Not many companies out there will treat your house, ask how your husbands knee is after surgery and take the time needed to show that you are cared about. 5 stars!

I was so pleased and surprised by the service. We had seen a strange bug we feared was a "bed bug". He came to us promptly, disassembled our bed, a sofa, and an upholstered chair searching for signs of bed bugs, but located none. After doing more than an hour's work and a very thorough search, he did not charge us! I expected to pay, but he told me "hire me when we find something." He didn't even charge for a service call! I believe that a professional who is so confident in his work, and who treats the customer so well, is someone rare. Clearly, this company may be trusted with any task. He is a good man besides being a great pest control professional. I can not rate him more highly than I have. Total Pest Control is Totally Different from all others for the very best reasons.

Jordan provided great service to our new home. He even returned later to finish the exterior of the home after thunderstorms rolled through while servicing the home. That's customer service. He could've easily said I'm done and not completed the service. Thanks Jordan
