The entire staff at Shift Therapy is amazing. The front desk girls always greet you with a smile on their face. The therapist are all so encouraging and friendly, to every patient. Matt Owens was my therapist following knee surgery. He was so patient and really listened to my concerns and reassured me when I was really discouraged. Even though there were some “hiccups” with my recovery, he kept me motivated and encouraged. Therapy can sometimes feel overwhelming and a little scary! At Shift, they really get to know you and work with your individual needs and limitations. So important when you are working to recover. I highly recommend Shift Therapy for anyone needing these services! They are the best!!!!!

I took occupational therapy with Therapist Deron Bellcase and it was a great experience to have one on one therapy. When I finished the therapy, I am in better shap and have better balance and stimina.
