My experience was excellent, right from the first phone call taken by Emma who was super helpful and very courteous - she was delightful. I had a time frame to fit because of a function coming up and Emma scheduled me the next day. I then found out it was supposed to be Mina's day off yet he came and did my job. He was great to work with discussing with me how to deal with the type of fibrous mesh I have in my gutters. Mina did a great job in the heat and showed me clear before and after pics. Mina and his fellow worker did a great job of unblocking my second story down-pipe, removing tree debris and broken tiles that were causing the problem.Mina also trimmed my tree back which was overhanging the gutter, and did the job on short notice.Great service and will 100% use Banyule Gutter-Vac again when the need arises! Really happy with the job the Gutter-Vac Banyule team did. They had to postpone a day due to the rain we had been getting - I don’t blame them at all for that, as our roof being tiles gets really slippery with the slightest sprinkle of rain - but other than that the whole process of getting Gutter-Vac to clean our spouts was really simple and efficient.
