I had SMP done about 10 years ago and… it didn’t age well. My hair kept thinning and the results weren’t doing me any favors. This time I actually did my research and chose Scalp Headquarters after seeing tons of great reviews. Jacob explained everything, didn’t overpromise, and made the process quick with minimal discomfort. The results already look great, and Jacob is genuinely funny…which helps when someone’s tattooing your scalp. I’m definitely coming back to let him fix my hairline, because my scalp clearly needs adult supervision.

Jacob was great to work with, both professionally and easy to talk to. Well worth the visits. I have several scars/burns, and he did a great job making them look more natural, as well as darkening the scalp for thinning areas. Best of all, I didn't need to shave my head either. Would recommend to friends.
