Great service! Communication is brilliant, we always get notified before they turn up and they're always super friendly. We've always been able to approach them with asking for quotes or asking to move the times of the clean. We had one occasion where we needed to call them back and there was zero animosity, they just came and redid the window and checked we were happy before leaving. We've never needed to do this again, but I'm mentioning as it's so important to have good communication from a company, the last thing you want if you're ever in need of calling someone back is for the conversation to be uncomfortable or aggressive. Pink Shark couldn't have been nicer about us saying we weren't quite happy, they just redid the window with the great customer service we've come to appreciate from them. Can't imagine switching to anyone else.

We used Pink Shark for the first time this week as a lot of our windows are difficult to get to. What can we say… absolutely over the moon with our first clean, even the frames look better than when we moved in 2 years ago.
