This is literally the worst rental company I've ever worked with! I was trying to lower my cost having to get rentals for rideshare driving, the initial car that they tried to rent to me didn't even have a registration sticker, then suddenly they had another car. Then they didn't even have the correct insurance so that I could drive so I had to purchase my own insurance. The registration ended up going out and they wouldn't get their own car registered, so I went 10 days not being able to work while getting behind on not only the car but my personal bills. I ended up having to pay for the registration myself so that I could get back to work with the promise that I would be refunded. They not only did not refund me but they didn't even try to take anything off the cost of the rental for my troubles. Their fleet account doesn't come up for oil Changes nor tire issues so I had to come up with money for those issues as well due to me being stranded because the tires were so bad. I still tried to work with them and told them when I would have it caught up, they disabled the vehicle anyways after agreeing to a certain day and now they won't come pick up their vehicle and are threatening me with calling the police as if I can drive a disabled car. DO NOT RENT FROM THEM!!!!!! The cars are bought from auction with no maintenence to make sure that they are fit to be rented.
