This was my first experience dealing with water damage (my water heater was leaking for at least a month), so I wasn’t sure what to expect, but I feel incredibly fortunate to have called them. Brandon was an excellent and courteous communicator at all stages, especially during his inspection, when I couldn't be in the house. He not only crossed over to the Kitsap Peninsula to inspect my attic, but didn't charge for the inspection. This is extremely smart, as it means I'll use Environment Control of North Seattle for any future remediation work. Customers trust companies that let you sample their service before paying. But rarest and most appreciated these days: the clear and present communication skills.

We had a hole in a copper hot water line which flooded our unfinished space as well as family room and hallway. I contacted Environment Control of North Seattle to determine the extent of the damage as well as to remove any water damaged insulation, drywall, and carpet. Two very experienced, knowledgeable and personable employees came to our aid with the instrumentation and tools and equipment to remove the damaged material and set up fans, filters and de humidifiers to start the drying process. The work was completed in one week and we were dried out and ready to restore the impacted areas. The contractors who installed new drywall, insulation and carpeted area were all highly complimentary of the work that Environment Control did as it was done in a manner that made their job easier and less costly. EC was also able to save our relatively new carpeting by cutting the taped seams, not the carpet itself, peeling it back to remove water soaked padding and then thoroughly drying the carpet. All in all this company was so very professional and thorough and easy to work with that we would happily and highly recommend them.
