⭐ 1 StarI contacted Kevin on Sunday because I needed a roof inspection on a vacant home in Irvington that is about to be listed for sale. I explained that there had already been interior water damage and that, if necessary, he could also access the attic.Kevin initially said he would try to get there Sunday or Monday. Monday came and he said Tuesday. Tuesday came and he said he might have to come Wednesday instead. Wednesday morning I asked for an update and was simply ignored.What blows my mind is contractors treating potential customers this way. If you are too busy, just say so. I would have completely understood. Instead, I spent several days expecting someone to show up and repeatedly had to follow up myself.The frustrating part is that Kevin had absolutely nothing to lose by keeping his word. Had he inspected the roof and found little or no damage, I still would have gladly left him a 5-star review for taking the time to help. More importantly, I regularly come across roofing leads and currently have nobody dependable to send them to. He could have potentially earned quite a bit of future business from one inspection.And if the roof does have significant damage, this could have been an immediate roof replacement because the house needs to be repaired and put on the market as quickly as possible.Unfortunately, after being rescheduled multiple times and then ignored altogether, I obviously won't be sending any future leads his way.I genuinely don't understand businesses turning away potential sales simply by failing to communicate or show up.

We had to have interior doors and trim replaced after fireman kicked them in clearing our house. Kevin replied quickly when we reached out and was able to get an estimate based on pictures. He and his team were out two days later and got the doors and trim replaced, and then repainted everything the next day. Kevin and his team are friendly and professional and they did a great job.

One of the most professional roofing companies I've ever had the pleasure of working with. The owner's focus is quality over quantity. Especially when it comes to the installers. I was an Independent Adjuster for 3 1/2 years, I've seen a lot of roofs where the contractors did not know what they were doing. This is NOT one of those organizations.
