Let me start out by thanking Mark and his team at Flooring Friend for doing an amazing job on the the floors and stairs in my townhouse, now that I've had a few days on them they came out better than expected. If you are looking for quality work, done in a timely manner, at a very fair price then Mark is your guy! His quotes for labor only and labor/materials/moving furniture beat the other 5 companies I brought out and the experience was night and day in comparison to other companies I have dealt with in the past. Mark is easy easy to get on the phone, his team is amazing, and despite me delaying the start by several months they were still ready to going as soon as I pulled the trigger.As with any other project price is always a consideration and without going into specific numbers I can say that by having Flooring Friend handle everything from ordering materials, moving a couple heavier pieces of furniture, and installing my LVP my savings was considerable for the quality of work and product they put in. The 20 mil panels I was considering from Floor and Decor would have cost me just under double what Mark quoted me for the same, if not lower, quality product. The price was not the only factor in my decision to contract his company but now that it is completed I've got a nice chunk of extra change to put towards bringing them back to renovate the first floor.Initially we had expected somewhere in the 3-4 day range for completion of the install but knowing that me and my large dog were staying elsewhere the team put in the extra hours and I was able to get back in the house the evening of the second day. During the actual project I interacted with his team on a few occasion and they were great, making sure to show me their updated progress to make sure that I was satisfied before they moved on to the next area. When we did our final walkthrough they went above and beyond by helping my move a couple pieces of furniture back into place so I didn't have throw them on a dolly and struggle with them myself.All of the cutting and prep was done in my garage and on my driveway so I was expecting to come home with a ton of dust to clean out of my pavers and garage but instead it had all been taken care of before the final walkthrough. Even inside the house I was hard pressed to find anything that wasn't tidy enough to be cleaned with a wipe of a towel or a quick sweep, I even cancelled my maid because there was virtually no dust anywhere in the house.I highly recommend that you call Mark if you are looking to have some work done on your home and don't want to deal with the headaches that come with so many other companies out there. They were such a pleasure to deal with that I already have Mark coming back out to check out the next project in the townhouse! He's a stand up guy, does not skimp when it comes to sending the right team for the job, and makes sure to stop by the site each day to update you on the progress.

Flooring Friend and Remodeling came to the rescue!! My luxury vinyl floor was damaged from workers repairing my bed. The floor had large indents that were sharp and actually cut my foot!!! I called Mark and requested a quote - he promptly responded to the pictures I sent with a fair price and was able to come out within a few days. Gabriel came and was able to repair everything promptly - he was friendly and knowledgeable!! I could not have asked for a better company to repair my floor and would recommend them for any of your flooring needs!!

Sometimes projects get put off until the last minute, you know right before selling a house. I found Mark from Flooring Friends and Remodeling and he was able to see what needed to be accomplished, via photos, and provide a reasonable quote for the work to be accomplished. It was not complicated, wood floors had water damage from improperly installed doors, but required a tradesman.I wish I have before and after pictures, but the floor is in place, looks great and is one last thing that a potential homebuyer has to try to get a credit for.In South Florida, there are many “sketchy” contractors and tradesman, but Mark and his company defy and I would recommend them.

My situation was very interesting. I had previously contracted someone to start the work on my floors and the day the project was supposed to start, the person did not show, nor did they answer any text. So, in a panic because I had cases of flooring hanging out in my garage, I did a quick Google search and found Flooring Friend. I text Mark on Wednesday evening, and he arrive at my home on Thursday afternoon, promptly and was able to do a walk through and give me a quote within hours, which was great. To top it off, he was also able to fit me into his schedule for his team to start the next day Friday. His team showed up at 9:30am as schedule and after showing them where the material was, they went right to work. I was literally in aww at the speed and professionalism his team had. They did not “lollygagging” and was about getting work down. I was previous quoted that the job would take about a week or two to complete (2000 square feet), his team knocked it out in 3 DAYS!!!!!! There is so much good stuff I can write about the Flooring Friend team, but I would conclude it with, they are true professionals and flexible, and I already have other projects in my home that I will be reaching out to them to complete.
