I have yet to get my car done here but I felt it was appropriate to still give zayden 5 stars for his excellent customer service. I've been talking to him a few days now about the different ceramic coating options and prices and how I'm having financial issues and he has been nothing but a help and great experience to talk with and willing to work with me to find an option that works for both of us. I could see myself having a beer with this guy! If and when i find the money I need to get what I want done to my car I'll update this review with details on the work he performs for me. He also got back to my contact for information request same day even though he was on his honey moon. I can't express the professionalism he showed enough. Also he didn't try and "sales man" me when I couldn't afford his top of the line coating. Will definitely be giving him my business once I can afford it.

The Vivid Detailz team made my track car really shine! I’m looking forward to the reduced cleanup time after my track days. Thanks for the great service!

They did an outstanding job on our 2023 Tesla Model Y. The paint and trims look better than new. I highly recommend Vivid Detailz.

Justin did a full ceramic coating on my second vehicle to him. Just as before, he did amazing work and it came out fantastic. He is highly knowledgeable and passionate in his craft, and takes his time to educate each client to make sure the coating lasts as long as possible.Would highly recommend, and will be bringing all my future vehicles to him.

This is my second car that I had done by Justin and he does not disappoint. He puts the time and care into making sure your vehicle leaves his shop, clean, bright and shiny. He takes the time to explain everything to you even to the point of doing a one on one of showing you how easy it is to maintain and keep your car clean. The one thing you take away from this whole experience is not only having a beautiful looking car when he’s done, but you also make a friend in the process.

Justin did an exceptional job detailing my 2026 Tesla Y and on the ceramic coating as well.
