I Haven't actually gone to East valley auto for service, but I did talk to mark extensively about my concerns and engine problems on my Subaru forester sport, and he really took the time to explain everything to me and walk me through it in terms of head gasket, issues and other options I could possibly do in order to afford the repairs. Ultimately, I didn't use his service since my car was already at another shop with parts being installed. But anything else that needs to be replaced on my car, I am absolutely taking it to mark to be fixed and replaced since his quotes are a lot more affordable than in the west Seattle area, and he has been extremely nice and patient with helping me out and talking me through things on the phone.

My motor blew up, went to a couple other shops to see what they could do and this was the only place that would do it right and not charge me $1 million. The owner Mark is super cool and also they put my engine back together great and it runs way better than it did before. Would 100% recommend to go here.

Mark is the guru for a reason. I had plans on doing a motor my way and after Mark enlightened me with his knowledge and understanding I ended up with a stronger better motor that can handle my driving style! I am grateful for all the help and time spent with me to make sure I was getting the best motor possible! I thought I knew a lot about Subarus but Mark blew me away with his knowledge and understanding! Thank you for everything!!!

My 2017 subaru forester started having tranny issues like it felt like it was slipping, then all the dash lights came on and when my hubby ran the codes it said it was something with the transmission so I decided too take it to abc transmission and sure enough they said I needed a new transmission and it was going to be $6,643 bucks. I really didnt belive that, based on our research we thought valve body or a tranny flush so I had it towed to east valley and they did a FULL diagnosis not just plugging it in to a scanner and saying I need a new tranny. They actually took the time to fully test everything and guess what ? After doing a transmission fluid change and the relearn thing it is back on the road doing GREAT and it only costed 900 bucks plus the tow !!! So 1200 total . They saved me thousands . I am very greatful for their honesty. I highly reccomemd them !!
