I was convicted of crime in 2024 & served 2 years of probation which concluded in 2026. Prior to this conviction, I had obtained my HME & was working as a truck driver to date. Upon my license needing to be renewed, as per DMV & TSA guidelines, was fingerprinted couple months before license renewal. Since I obtained my HME while indicted for criminal charges, I had no worries. About a month and a half later, I received a packet from TSA which shocked my world when I first found out about these 3 words: Preliminary Determination of Ineligibility. I was confused and now anxious as the door of opportunity was closing in on me. I was desperate and quickly searched criminal lawyers who might be able to help me. I contacted the first one whom i thought might help me, and in fact sunk my world even deeper as she said “this will be an uphill battle” crushing down my dreams. I did not give up and continue my search up until I found NATIONAL SECURITY LAW FIRM! I felt this was the RIGHT firm to represent me due to their extensive roots into National Security.
