First and foremost, I must say that I researched online looking for information based on reviews from others before I proceed to contact them. I was researching for my cousin that passed in February, so my aunt didn't have to do as much. The office staff was very knowledgeable, kind and courteous over the phone and I was to relay all information to my aunt and she could make a decision. Sherri called me personally with condolences as well as introducing herself and the affiliation with the company. She was phenomenal and offered to help in anyway. After I relayed the information to my aunt, she spoke with her and decided to proceed. Thank you for being kind and gracious to our family during our time of grieving.

Sherry did an amazing job honoring my brother Ivan.
