I just got my new unit and I thought maybe this company did something wrong because it stopped working.However, my previous unit had a drain line that had a lot of calcium build up. In come Christopher Murphy. He was very patient in understanding my dilemma and the need for comfort with my daughters. He made the necessary repairs and educated me how to maintain and further remove the excess calcium. Thanks for your help. Christopher is a great access to your team.
