I have used Our Place Air & Home for approximately 8 years for maintenance on my old a/c and all their technicians are certified and top notch. I recently purchased an American Standard air conditioner and had duct work installed. I feel their pricing was reasonable and they were able to find me exactly what I was looking for. Kyle, Andy, and Steven are all the BEST you will find. I consider them "problem solvers" which is a skill everyone doesn't have. Eric was a specialty technician assigned to my home. He was friendly, polite, prompt and knowledgeable in his skills and line of work. I told him he was a "jack of all trades". I respect them for their honesty, integrity and dependability. Thank you for helping me have a cool home during this hot and humid summer.

I cannot say enough about *******, the first 2 technicians came and could not figure out why my air conditioning unit continued to shut down. ******* took the time to track every wire back and found it was a ground issue. Then on top of that he stayed an extra 30 minutes after to make sure the unit continued to run. This kid is aces and the only technician that my family will be trusting moving forward with this company!! Thank you again ******* your great!!
