I have enjoyed working with Dr. Noel. He's knowledgeable and has helped me understand more about how my muscles can work against me at times. I have appreciated him letting me know before he's about to do a manuver so I know what to expect and then how I can impact adjustments after session with different stretches or strength exercises.
