After a first fix there was still a leak coming in. This was worrying as it was happening under inconsistent conditions. Robert persevered though and got to the root on a 2nd viewing. Robert refused to take any further payment for labour or materials and after a full day of torrential rain it’s safe to say the leak is fixed. Very punctual, great communication and very reasonable costs. Can’t fault Robert and his company.

Very disappointed and upset with this company. my neighbour had some work done on her roof and they fixed it while walking up and down my roof without my consent. I came back from work to find a stranger on my roof. I asked what he was doing there, he said fixing the neighbours roof, I said I didn't want him on my roof and even less that I was not asked about it.Another day came home to find my garden full of debris from the roof. I panicked, and then I found out that they were again on my roof without permission walking up and down.Very frustrating company, now when I have leaks on my roof it will be me who has to pay for it to be fixed.

Have used this company multiple times at our previous and existing property. Did not matter if the job was large or small all matters were dealt with promptly without any issues. Very fairly priced and always turned up at the time we were advised of. If in future we have any further roof issues would not use anyone else but this company.

Robert did a great job with fixing the flashing and roofing around our chimney earlyer this year. He was very straight forward, did a great job which has fixed the water ingress around the chimney now and he is also reasonably priced.Robert came back to our house when I spotted a seperate water leak problem in our attic. He came over and fixed the problem for free when he saw that the issue was relitivly small. I highly recommended his services.

I had a leaking gutter that I preferred to have fixed sooner rather than later. I was let down by a couple of tradesmen who - despite agreeing to come and do the job - not only didn't turn up, but I had to chase them to find this information out. I found Robert who was able to come round and fix it on short notice. He was very prompt with the communication: the job he had at the time took longer so we had to postpone my visit by a day, but he kept me informed. I then asked him to call me before arrival to ensure I was home - he did. It was such a relief after my bad experience.He also did a fabulous job with the gutter. I had a very smooth experience overall - I would not hesitate to recommend him.

Got a leak in your roof phone, Robert and he’ll be there when he says he will be. He will fix it after he gets the items to make the repair. Better still, he will phone you after some weeks to ensure everything is okay. What a service.

Really pleased with Robert's work, he replaced lead around a chimney that was leaking. We agreed an estimated date about a month in advance, Robert kept to this and got the work done efficiently on less than pleasant weather. So far the repair seems to have solved the issues and we'll definitely call again for future roof repairs.

Not all hero's wear capes. Robert came when no one else would, guess they thought my job wasn't worth the effort or time. Well Robert was a life saver, he saw the problem and fixed it immediately so water wouldn't continue to damage my ceiling. We had a roof leak in pig front room after a period of very heavy rain. Robert came to look at the roof really quickly on a Saturday and made some temporary repairs that stopped the leaking. He then arranged to come back promptly to fix some other issues with the roof that he'd picked up. He was really good at explaining where the problems were with photos he'd taken while investigating. His prices were very reasonable and we'd recommend without hesitation.
