If I could give this company, a zero stars I would. After a 60 day escrow, the day of closing we received a cancellation notice from this company. After receiving several loan status updates saying everything was fine with the loan, then we got a notice saying the borrower had insufficient income. Wondering why they never verified the buyers income during the 60 days! Once the deal canceled,the loser lender wouldn’t even return my calls or emails and give me an explanation. Swift mortgage is about as swift as an iceberg. Do not use this company.
