Aldo and his crew refurbished our engineered wood floors. The floors had a lot of deep scratches and a high gloss finish. The floors were deep cleaned, buffed, stained where the deep scratches were and then a new matte polyurethane finish to complete it. It looks amazing. We love it and are so pleased to have new looking floors without the new floor price tag. Aldo was easy to communicate with and had integrity when it came to a few areas that needed touch up. It was completed beyond expectations!

Honestly, it’s more of an art than it is a job. I was really impressed and happy we chose them to refinish our oak hardwood floors. That was key to figuring out exactly what we wanted and timing with everything. The initial appointment was easy to schedule online. The consult with Aldo was very thorough! Kudos to Bernard Hardwood Floors! I can't say enough good things about them. They extended my pre-existing flooring into an adjacent room that had been carpeted. The new flooring was a perfect match! You can't tell where the old flooring stops and the new flooring starts. They also replaced the carpet in the master bedroom closet with hardwood and it looks fantastic! Additionally they replaced the marble tile entryway to the house with a beautiful hardwood herringbone pattern. Aldo, Bernard and the crew were courteous, responsive, punctual and meticulous. They protected the other areas of our house with lots of plastic while they were working. They left the house clean. What's more, the price was right. You folks need to use them.

I especially love the herringbone pattern they did at the top of the stairs. We were trying to decide which way to run the wood since we had to hallways coming from two different directions meeting in that area. The herringbone pattern was a beautiful way to solve the problem. Bernard Hardwood Floors was very professional, efficient, and reasonably priced. From there, they installed brand new hardwood in the foyer and seamlessly blended it into the existing rooms. We chose the Ebony stain with an oil finish, and it turned out absolutely stunning—the rich color gives our floors a timeless, elegant look.On top of the flooring, they went above and beyond by adjusting the level on our baseboards so the entire first floor is aligned, and they repainted the trim for a clean, finished look.
