I have been attending classes at this gym for 8 weeks. I have made huge improvements in my strength, I have lost some weight and several inches! I definitely recommend giving it a shot! It is tough, but they work with you if there are certain things you just can't do, and modify the workout for your needs.

This is by far the best community feel gym I have been to .My husband and I love this bootcamp is perfect workout for all ages and fitness levels.The coaches /owners are great coaches .The members are so welcoming .Try this out !!! We are hooked

I have been attending Refuel Bootcamps for a little over 7 weeks. I absolutely love the work outs and how I feel after i’m done. I feel amazing. I’m more energetic and I’m dropping inches/lbs. We love going to Refuel. It is designed for all fitness levels. Robert takes the time to teach the different exercises and encourages you through the process. Enjoying the challenge and excited, as I am feeling healthier and stronger already.
