I was always a little hesitant and reluctant to sign up with a business coach. I always thought, if they knew how to run a successful business, why aren’t they doing it? The old, those who can do/those who can’t teach. However, after understanding Leachim’s journey, I learned that he did in fact start and run a very successful business and through that found what he was truly drawn to, which was teaching. His story made me feel comfortable enough to give him a chance, so I went to one of his workshops. Best decision I made because it made me realize that personal growth was needed for me to successfully grow my own business. Sure, maybe I could figure most of this out on my own, but it would probably take me months, maybe years, to connect all the dots. I didn’t want to keep learning everything the hard way.
