This was our third time using Brad as our mortgage broker. He excels in dealing with difficult circumstances and is very good at keeping the lines of communication open. He is always able to explain all of the details of every product or option in very plain language for us to understand. Brad always had our best interests in mind and truly listened to our needs when suggesting options that would fit our situation. He made himself readily available to answer any of our questions and is extremely knowledgeable. His experience shows and we will definitely be referring others to him.
