I don't blame him for the bald spot, or even expect Chop House to help fix it. But as the sole person to see it, and especially as the person who cut to reveal it, deciding it wasn't his problem is a massive disservice. We didn't notice until hours later with MUCH less time at our disposal.Not only did he not mention it, he only showed the RIGHT side of the back of my head after finishing - the side without the bald spot. Maybe it was just a coincidence.To the owner's credit, he did refund me. But it was very frustrating to hear this problem likened to others wanting a refund because they subjectively disliked something about their experience. This was not that. Less

Fabian was very polite. My son's hair was evenly cut, in the style he requested. He communicated well with my 15 yr old and myself. The Shampoo bowls at each chair are a nice touch . The shop was very clean , with plenty of sitting room for my other 2 children . I was offered refreshments when we arrived and again while my son got his hair cut.
