I can't share the more positive reviews of R&D, especially re communications. We had a prompt response to our enquiry - visit undertaken and quote promised. 2 weeks later no quote, rang them, sorry for the delay, with you today.1 week later, contacted them to ask why no quote, no response. Another week passed, left an unhappy message on their contact phone 48 hours ago, no response at all.

I had Reece come out to quote on my roof. Within a week he had two of his guys come out and repoint my entire roof and replace broken tiles. They were both courteous and cleaned up after themselves. They were here for 6 hours and I would definitely recommend them. He also knew this was not an insurance job and I would be paying for it.

After recent rain we had a severe water leak into our house. In the crisis I called R & D Roofing at random and spoke to Reece who offered to be at our place within a couple of hours. He arrived on time and did an emergency patch up job immediately. Two days later his team arrived to do a complete roof renovation. The R & D team completed the work that day. Two days later we had a heavy rain storm: Not a sign of a leak! Outstanding service and quality of work. At what seemed to be a very reasonable price. Can't recommend Reece and his team highly enough!

I recently had my roof fully restored by Reece and his team, and the entire experience was outstanding. Reece’s communication throughout the process was excellent, keeping me informed every step of the way. The crew themselves were friendly, polite, clean and professional and I’m absolutely thrilled with how the roof turned out. On top of the topnotch workmanship and service, the restoration was very affordable, which made it even better if you ask me haha.
