I have been working with Jessica and her team for over 3 years. I had tried many other programs/diets/etc and this is the first one that has been sustainable long term, because it is customized to work with my life and my body. I have lost over 30 lbs while gaining muscle without having to be restrictive with the foods I can eat. The Badass Blueprint also helped me resolve some gut issues and balance my hormones, so I am no longer having menopause symptoms and am sleeping much better.

I am just over 4 months in to the program and my only regret is not doing it sooner! I feel like I had tried pretty much everything before and made a little progress, but it never continued and didn’t stay off. In the short time I’ve been with this program I’m down 15 pounds, sleeping better than I have for years, and feeling better than I have for years, both mentally and physically. The guidance coaching, videos, and tools are exceptional and I am so thankful???

I’m a client of Jessica Samson since March, 2023. I was 38 yrs old, the heaviest I had ever been, feeling sick all of the time and exhausted no matter what I did or didn’t do. WHAT was happening to me??? Then I lost my Mom who was my best friend, an amazing Grandmother to my girls and my last living parent. That was it. I had to get answers. Jess and her amazing team helped me get my life back in order. I was always tired, had brain fog, inflammation off the charts, messed up adrenals, candida, and so much more. My body was struggling with the basic tasks. I have been working with BAB for 6 months and almost through my protocols. I have people tell me my face looks better, I look more alert, and I seem more calm. I feel less tired and more balanced. I learned so many stress/ coping techniques and love the ease of the program.
