Had an amazing experience. We had multiple pool technicians out with little to no results. After meeting up with Sam, the technician he taught how to take care of my pool. He also took the time to get my pool from a nasty green color to usable in 2 days. I wouldn't recommend anyone over Lilypad after the bad experiences I had.
