The first time, they responded quickly and helped reset my old opener — no upselling, just honest advice and a fair quote for replacement if I chose to upgrade later. They even spent 20 minutes reprogramming my old external keypad without any complaints.The second time, my door broke again. He gave a fair price, came the same day, and noticed it could be improved with a longer rod. Instead of doing a quick fix, he came back the next day with the right part and installed it perfectly.
