Steven Morris makes the process of deciding which device and setup best suits your company's payment acceptance needs, nothing short of a breeze. Steven is the owner of the company, and he personally takes you through the process of choosing a device, setting up the device, and showing you exactly how to use it before answering any questions you may have. From the moment we first spoke, until the moment we shook hands to go our separate ways after him showing me how to use personal my mobile payment device, Steven was a joy to communicate with, staying in contact with me and even checking with me the day before we had plans to meet to make sure we were both on the same page as far as time place and so forth. What explaining to me how to use the device, his instructions were clear, he double and even triple checked before we went separate ways as to whether or not I had any questions and that I actually didn't know how to use the device. Even doing several practice payments, one where he did the payment process himself, start to finish... And then where I did the payment process start to finish... And then showed me how to refund both. Every time we spoke, and when we met, Steven had a positive turn in his voice and a great attitude, with a smile on his face at all times. I truly cannot say enough good things about Steven and his company, The Gatlic Group. Since getting the device, I have run into one issue... The issue was short-lived. There is a section in the app with a customer service technician's name and number. I called the technician, the technician answered on the first call, helped me with the issue I was having, even answered a couple extra questions that I had and explained in detail the answers to those questions. Steven even reached out to me a couple weeks after getting the device to make sure that I was satisfied with the product and if I was having any problems or had any questions or concerns. My experience with Steven and his company has been exactly what one's experience with any service company should be, dare I say... Enjoyable.
