Great service! Julisa not only greeted me upon entering, she also went into detail about treatments and the benefits of each. She asked questions when it came to my skin and made recommendations such as the importance of double cleansing and medical skin care products. I been there with my boyfriend it was amazing experience we both have its was frist time for both of us doing any skin care treatment Julisa did really good job on both of us we did neo aerolase laser treatment i was bit nervous frist but everything went well and its was very relaxing experience i had with neo aerolase even after the treatment my skin was really great no iching,redness, its get bit brighter i have more session to go with julisa. If I could I would give a -100 review grading. I had booked online and I wanted to change my appointment time. I tried emailing from the email I got on the website and calling from the number on google and the number didn’t work.I kept getting text reminders, which I thought was one of those automated msgs. But then she asked why I didn’t call the text number. She didn’t want to hear any reasoning. All I wanted to do is reschedule and she took my money and refuses to refund. She was rude no costumer service at all. I showed her proof of the email and also the number I had been calling but she dismissed it. I was demanding my refund and told her I would be writing a bad review and she threaten with a lawyer. She told me she will keep our conversation as proof but that works both ways.
