The AI Consulting Lab delivered an outstanding six-week Microsoft Copilot AI enablement program for our organization of 140 people. From the initial planning through the final session, Marcus and Bri brought tremendous care, preparation, and enthusiasm to the experience.Their work leading up to the program deserves special recognition. They took the time to understand our organization and thoughtfully prepare for the training. That effort showed in the quality of the sessions.Marcus was especially effective at starting with the “why” before moving into the “how.” He provided the background and context to help people understand AI and its potential, then connected those concepts to practical ways to use Microsoft Copilot. His approachable, engaging teaching style made a complex topic feel accessible and relevant. As a COO, I deeply appreciate partners who put this much thought into both the content and the experience of the people learning it. Marcus and Bri were a pleasure to work with, and I would wholeheartedly recommend The AI Consulting Lab to any organization investing in AI education and adoption.

We decided to hire The AI Consulting Lab to build us a system of AI-driven tools with the goal of streamlining our analysis of high volumes of data and optimizing our overall work flows, which turned out to be the best decision we've made this year! The AI-tools that Marcus developed for our specific needs effectively cut our data inspection time by more than half, which has allowed to us to free up more time to focus on building out further systems to streamline operations. Their team was also readily available for changes/updates to the tool, which made implementation a breeze. The AI Consulting Lab team was able to look at our business, identify the bottle neck, and provide a timely solution that was up, running, and saving us time, all within an extremely reasonable time frame. We HIGHLY recommend Marcus and his team!

We hired The AI Consulting Lab for an in-person training with our team, followed by one-on-one consultations. Bri and Marcus were absolutely amazing to work with from start to finish. Rather than showing up with a one-size-fits-all presentation, they took the time to understand how our company operates and built the training around our actual day-to-day workflows. Our team also has a wide range of technical skill levels, and they adapted to every single person. No one was left behind, and everyone walked away with practical skills they could put to work right away.As a CPA doing the books for multiple property management and construction companies, I previously spent a significant amount of time on manual data tracking, entry, and review, such as general ledger clean up, sales tax prep, etc. The skills Bri and Marcus helped me develop have automated a large portion of that work, so I can spend more of my time on the higher-level items. The value Bri and Marcus provided to me alone is immeasurable.I would highly recommend the AI Consulting Lab to anyone looking to make AI more useful and practical for their business. Whether your team is brand new to AI or already using it, they meet you where you are and leave you with tools and skills you'll actually use. They exceeded every expectation we had.
