Kiran was brilliant in guiding me through the mortgage application process, particularly as I fall into quite a unique situation of first time buyer, PhD student and wanting a buy-to-let. Everywhere else rejected me instantaneously but I've just had my mortgage approved by one of the lenders that initially rejected me! I cant recommend strive enough, especially if you're in a different than usual financial situation.
