So far the only thing to work out on my trip was hiring this car service. My kid was the screamer on the plane, my hotel lost our reservation…it’s been a nightmare. I forgot I had inquired about a pick up but received a reminder the day before my flight. I waffled on following through on booking because of a lot of recent reviews weren’t the best but right when I was boarding I sent in payment info. Thank god I did because I didn’t have to stress about how to get to our hotel after our stressful flight. The driver showed up in a timely manner and I didn’t get any surprise charges at the end like some of the reviews. Driver was helpful and pleasant.

Service was great! Batyr was waiting for us upon our arrival, even though our flight was almost an hour early. He found us ( looking lost ) by the baggage pick up door, got us and our luggage situated and to our hotel. Batyr was friendly, helpful, professional, and got us safely to our hotel! Will definitely use this service again!
