After a year of making little progress on my roof replacement claim and a very disappointing experience with another public adjuster, the insurance company wanted to send out an engineer as the final step in denying my claim once and for all. I had almost given up any hope for a successful outcome, when I decided to ask Will for some last-minute help. He then proceeded to pull off a miracle in a matter of weeks. I'm still in awe in what he was able to accomplish with the deck stacked against my claim. If and when (but hopefully never) I am facing another big insurance claim, I will engage his services on Day 1...no matter how solid my claim may look. Rampant home insurance claim denials aren't just a Florida or California issue anymore. It is now happening everywhere.
