Communication was timely and accurate from the get-go, they delivered the service they promised, we were very happy with the results--we got a cleaning for an open house : what they called an "initial home cleaning" because we are selling the house. It never had looked so clean. They were fast, out in under 2 hours. The price point seemed high, but given they are licensed, bonded fast and professiol and have a crew of 3, it was worth it.
