We also had items we asked to be put on contract as part of the purchase and then found out they weren't put on there. So now i have to purchase on the side bringing more money out of my pockets. Was referred to a broker that would've charged double in closing cost. Definitely not looking into the best interest of the buyers. Partial blame is on the seller but alot is on the company for not being involved with the realtor and guiding him better through all of this. Even when we were touring houses, he is on time and he give his honest opinion about the property and actually give you a tour. The other 2 agents that i had, were always late. ( They claim they have other appointment, but my time is as important as their. However, they don't see it that way because i wasn't buying a 200K plus house.) When they finally show up to open the door for us, they didn't give us a tour. we have to just walk around the house and then after seeing every room, they ask if we like it. Brandon is the complete opposite. He care about his client no matter the value of the house being purchased. He voice his opinion about the house, good and bad, and discuss thing that you should know and things that you may not know.
