Instructor is thorough and has ampleKnowledge in preparing hisClient to improve muscle and walking

I had an awesome experience with in home trainer. Everyone was super professional, and responsive when I was inquiring and asking questions. My trainer Alex is amazing and helped me get back on track with training regularly after 3 kids! If you’re considering an in home trainer, definitely give them a try, you’ll never regret making a good choice for your health, and the people are 10/10!

From getting my account and payments set up smoothly to the team matching me with my trainer, the whole process from start to finish has been easy. I love my personal trainer, Malikae - she is super sweet, bubbly, and so motivating. She’s also incredibly knowledgeable and takes the time to explain the workouts and proper body form.Another huge plus is their app. It’s super easy to use, and the PT sets up customized workout plans for me in there on the days we aren't training together, completely tailored to my goals and fitness level. Highly recommend!

I would highly recommend In-Home Trainer.A very well run service that provides excellent trainers. I have been away from being able to train for a long time and wanted something in home where I could feel comfortable and not feel awkward with a larger gym . I was extremely lucky to have the kind patience of Christine to ensure that my experience was smooth and seamless . I appreciated the initial intake process to assess my fitness level and to match me to a trainer . I was extremely lucky and pleased with my trainer Beatrice who is amazing on different levels ! Beatrice is very knowledgeable and talented in all aspects training especially when it comes to developing programs that give me a great workout .In 4 sessions I’m starting to feel a difference in my body and energy ! Beatrice is a very enthusiastic, energetic ,and encouraging person! Amazing energy and fun too.I thought I would not ever get to have some level of fitness back after several years of not being ableto ! I now look forward to continuing my fitness journey.

Excellent team, knowledgeable, caring and professional. Great experience!

Alex has been a great starter for me since the start of my program. As a senior, he sets a pace somewhere between “I’m glad I’ve finished” and “I’m sorry I started”, which is the perfect balance. His routines have variety, lots of explanation, and good effect. I appreciate his patience, but he is definitely helping me!

Amazing team of Professionals! I am very pleased with all aspects of this new venture in my life. My trainer Ashley is FANTABULOUS! I feel quite confident with my physical health in her hands. I feel exuberant, strong and the workouts are physically paying off!!InHome Training respectively cares and holds an honest interest in your health goals.Phenomenal company! 💯
