I am 35 yo HR professional living in Brisbane. I attended a free workshop Patty held a few years ago on mindset and found it so valuable her work has always stuck in my mind. So as my career has grown over the years, and I was facing some self-belief issues I decided to reach out to Patty for some one-on-one coaching. I was hoping she could help me with some of my self-belief and confidence issues that may be holding me back in my career and life. From my first meeting with Patty she was so lovely and warm and positive she made me feel so comfortable with working with her. Over the past 6 months I have loved every session I have had with Patty each one learning and growing in confidence within myself and my abilities and each session I left with some tools to help me through little hurdles that I felt held me back. I have just had my last session with Patty and reflecting back I have really learnt a lot from Patty in all aspects of my life and can honestly say I feel like a different person. The things that used to get to me don't seem to affect me as much or I have the tools to break them down and become manageable.
