I first found next level last year when trying to get my truck detailed for winter. They worked with me to determine my needs and the results were great. I thought the level of service and work performed for price was really good so I suggested them to my SIL who took two of his vehicles to them shortly after. Next Level took care of his needs for both vehicles and provided service above and beyond.I returned again this fall and found the same level of service and results. I have recommended them to several friends as well.

We had a large container of green washer fluid in our trunk that got cracked in the bottom so it spilled everywhere in our trunk, seeped into the cracks, and made the entire vehicle reek of methanol. Had it not been for this incident, we wouldn't have brought it in to get cleaned. This is the only reason we brought it to get a deep interior clean, and was discussed at time of drop-off. The gentleman who did the intake was pleasant and assured me they'd do their best to get it cleaned up, that they'd try to take off the side panels in the trunk for a deeper clean, or if they couldn't take off the side panels then to get in from the sides as best as they could and spray with their water and air guns.When I went to pick up the vehicle ~8 hours later, the same gentleman told me they didn't take off the side panels in the trunk. Just lifting up the trunk mat I could visibly see puddles of green washer fluid in the trunk, and could still smell the methanol despite all the air fresheners they left in the vehicle. My wife and I decided to clean it out ourselves afterwards. It took 5 seconds to unscrew the spare tire, and when we lifted it up there were pools of green washer fluid everywhere and the whole trunk reeked. We lifted up the side panels (they lifted up very easily, no screws or anything), and again green washer fluid everywhere. We cleaned it all up ourselves with some all-purpose cleaner and paper towels - the washer fluid disaster was very visible and very accessible. Given how easy it was to take out the spare tire and remove the side panels, and given how visible and accessible the washer fluid was in the trunk, I can only assume the gentleman forgot to relay the washer fluid issue to the cleaners, or the cleaners forgot about it when it came time to do the clean - we saw no evidence of this issue being addressed, and no evidence of the water or air guns being used on this issue as discussed.I hope they read this review and learn from their mistakes. They did an exceptional job throughout the rest of the vehicle, and even did some exterior cleaning even though it wasn't included in the price. I'm just very disappointed they didn't address the only reason we brought it in for a clean in the first place.

We had our van detailed at Next level detail after we had some major window leaking. The repair company who fixed the window referred us to them. And, they did such a wonderful job. The entire van looks AMAZING!!! It’s never looked so clean and sparkly. Logan and his team did the most spectacular job ever. Im so happy and highly recommend them. Thank you.
