Horrible experience, took my Jeep Wrangler ( Black) in for a Level 2 paint correction, paid almost 700.00 . Looked ok at pick up , took it home haven't driven it since . Recently pulled out of Garage and the paint is damaged , patches of white in several sections on both sides of Jeep. Nothing corrected and new damage . I didn't do any negative reviews at the time I was curtious and polite , I called 2x and emailed 2x and they are ghosting me . This is not how you do business. Thank god for pictures taken prior to job. See you in court

Have had my vehicle detailed multiple times at Next Level. Generally, I’m very happy. While the most recent visit was fine, not to the level I’ve seen before.Lots of product used on the interior, but not necessarily cleaned or buffed well as could be. Lots of over spray both inside and out and feels like a lot of old dirty rags were used. Pieces of cloth, strands and material left in many places inside the vehicle and lots of dirt and streaks somewhat wiped from the exterior which almost made it look worse than simply left to dry.Not up to the same level of clean as I’ve seen before but everyone has a bad day. Will certainly provide them another opportunity in the future.

I first found next level last year when trying to get my truck detailed for winter. They worked with me to determine my needs and the results were great. I thought the level of service and work performed for price was really good so I suggested them to my SIL who took two of his vehicles to them shortly after. Next Level took care of his needs for both vehicles and provided service above and beyond.I returned again this fall and found the same level of service and results. I have recommended them to several friends as well.
