The entire team is so nice and attentive. I do 1x1 training with Vanessa and she’s incredible! She goes at my pace and is there whenever I have questions on nutrition. Would highly recommend

I joined Empoderadas in July of 2025, and it was one of my best decisions to join a private gym. The gym is inviting, and provides a space to exercise in peace and without judgment. I had the opportunity to have personal training with Vanessa, who is compassionate, patient, and tailored my training plans to what I had the potential to do, and most importantly, she listened to my concerns.
