Really enjoy this women’s only gym. I feel so comfortable and relaxed, and have been training with Vanessa, who is great!It’s a bit small with fewer machines compared to a traditional gym but a great option if you’re looking for a women-only environment with 24/7 access. (Only one small shared bathroom as well.)

I have been coming here for a little over a year and I love it. I like that it is 24/7, so that I can come in when it best fits my schedule. They have water up front to refill my bottle. And energy drinks for sale if needed. I have all the equipment I need to get a good upper and lower body workout. I love all the mirrors for selfies and cute decorations. The only thing I wish they had was a stair master. But I totally understand it being a small business that’s growing! Aside from that they have everything I need! And I’m obsessed. Also love that the area feels safe, and to get in you need a key pass. 10/10!!

I’m so happy I joined this accessible, affordable, and supportive gym. They have everything I need to build muscle in my 40s. I love that it’s all women and that members have 24 hour access.
