We got off to a rocky start last November when we wanted our yard sodded, due to Emmett's lack of response after our initial communication. Emmett apologized and promised to communicate better should we give him a chance in the spring.We communicated in March and decided to hire O'Brien. Their team did a great job removing our cement front porch and replacing it, then resodding our yard.The original one week timeline for the project given to us did, however take almost 3 weeks.Because we have done rehabs before, we knew the original week he said seemed unrealistic.Emmett always communicated the status of work being done and came over to check progress several times during the course of the project to make sure we were satisfied

Very happy with the work that Emmett and team did in our front and back yard. Laid new sod, poured a concrete extension, added a paver patio, created flower beds and added plants. They were great at communicating and asking questions to ensure everything is how we wanted it. Would highly recommend.

I have nothing but good things to say about these guys. When I reached out for a quote, they got back to me within two hours to schedule a consult. Emmet came out and was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. We had a quote within a 48 hours, and the work started the next week. Extremely fast and professional, and very high-quality work. They built a small retaining wall and laid fresh sod, as well as planting hostas and putting rock/mulch down in multiple areas. Our yard looks amazing now. 10/10, I would absolutely recommend them to anyone.
