I was working with Bernard for over 4 weeks JUST TO FIND A RENTAL! I swear I have seen ALL of upper Montgomery County and some. I wasted a lot of time, gas, energy, patience and STILL haven’t found a place. Instead of Bernard finding out the qualifications of ANY property, he wants us to go take a look. Then we find out every time, that I didn’t qualify for whatever reason, someone already rented the property, or it’s listed as “coming soon” so we can’t even go in. Not to mention the amount of properties we stood outside waiting for a call with the lockbox code that he SWORE he had before even calling me. I tried to text Carlos about Bernard, no response. I tried to give Bernard multiple times and even told him EXACTLY what was frustrating about the whole situation, and he still hasn’t changed. So I write this review as I am standing outside yet ANOTHER property with Bernard, and he DOES NOT have the code AGAIN!
