When we decided to purchase our new home, we needed a bridge loan to finance a portion of it. Instead of taking it out of our retirement account, we were referred to Nick. He was awesome. He helped us every step the way right up Until the closing, he followed up with me after we purchased our home to see how we were doing. And I can't thank him enough for everything that he did for us. It turned out We did not need the financing in the end, as we sold our prior home and were able to pay off our new home with the funds from that home .I highly recommend anyone who needs to finance a home check with Nick. He is awesome. Great follow-up and solved a lot of our problems we were having.
