We were in need of replacement for an 18 year old hail damaged shingle roof. Requested proposals from several roofing companies to do a standing seam replacement and Diversified bid the highest quality materials and explained why cutting corners on that quality would be a mistake and had the lowest bid when the others tried to match that quality. We have a complex roof with many valleys and pitch changes and they made it all work beautifully. We were so happy with the final roof product that we requested a bid on gutters, snow fences, and heat wires. Their gutter specialist, Rick, came out and again was the lowest bid for the highest quality and did a very professional job following my exact requests for where I wanted everything.

RIck @ Diversified did a great job on our gutter system replacement! We were out of town when the job was done- he sent texts and photos every day to show the progress. He even coordinated with the electrician to make sure the heater cables were functioning correctly. I highly recommend them!

We have a 40-year-old two-story townhouse that had a flashing issue around a corrugated chimney for many years, causing leakage down to the soffit and facia underneath the propanel roof. Three guys said they could fix it, they mostly just slapped a lot of caulk up there. While Diversified wasn’t cheap, Daniel and his crew did a professional job, and so far with two small precipitation events, finally… No leakage. I have spent most of my career managing or doing construction, and I know how challenging roofing can be…the kinds of problems, scheduling, weather, etc. These guys know their stuff.

The crew showed up within 30 minutes on a Saturday while it was pouring rain for a repair. Everyone was professional and courteous, VERY highly recommend.After the temporary roof repair, Diversified replaced our roof. Daniel Medina was our on-site coordinator. These guys were great! I had some issues with the first sales rep who came out but they quickly fixed the issue and helped us get our new roof! They were timely and their communication was clear and helpful. My 3 year old son loved watching them and they really made him feel like he was part of the crew. Great company and great people working for them.
