They were quick to be helpful after Hurricane Beryl. My homeowners association tried to prevent repairs to the point of calling Houston Police Department, and Cedar Mill was great to work with to have the courts restrain the honeownwrs association.An insurance dispute is ongoing, and they are helping provide the necessary support to resolve the issue and make sure the insurance company is held accountable.The interior of our townhouse was significantly damaged, and they are coordinating the remodeling with our real estate agent so the townhouse sells for maximum value.
