I always look forward to Randy’s trainings. They are well structured and interactive. I use what I learn in my classroom and in every day life.Specifically the Self-Care for educators workshop was wonderful. Not often enough do we stop to really take care of ourselves or know how to take care of ourselves so we can show up our best self for the students. Randy’s workshop focuses on physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual health paving the way for how I can take care of all 4 areas for myself consistently. My favorite part of the workshop was breaking into groups and doing skits. These interactive activities make his workshop so much fun. Thankyou Randy and I am looking forward to you coming to our school this year for professional development!
